Hunter Care Group is hiring a Support Worker to provide person-centered support to participants in their homes and community, helping them build skills, independence and achieve goals. You will promote safety, health and well-being while upholding rights and dignity. Successful candidates will have a proactive approach, complete First Aid, NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, and hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence for in-community support roles.
