Project Manager – High-Rise | Gold Coast

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential projects on the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on role working with a strong delivery team on multi-stage high-rise builds. You will take ownership of projects from early stages through to practical completion, managing program, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of high-rise residential projects (multi-storey apartments / hotels / BTR)
- Lead the site and project team (Site Managers, Foremen, Engineers and subcontractors)
- Oversee program, budget, quality and safety performance
- Manage client and consultant relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and within budget
- Drive commercial outcomes and manage variations/claims





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-rise residential, hotel or BTR projects
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, programming and commercial management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive a high-performing team
- Based on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate
