About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Bassendean site on a full time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive customer enquiries and respond with quotes for work
- Project Manage jobs received in scope with the customer’s order or contract in line with Hofmann Engineering guidelines
- Purchase materials and services required for the projects you manage, negotiating with suppliers for the best possible price
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and issue job instructions in accordance with Hofmann Engineering guidelines
- Ensure the Safety Standards are adhered to and that safety is a prime consideration in planning work scopes.
- Monitor progress of all jobs you are managing with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain job files

What do you bring?

- Experience in estimating, planning, material sourcing and managing the manufacture of large, low volume specialist components and equipment.
- Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Requirements Planning system will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience of Machining, Fabrication and Fitting processes will be highly regarded.
- Formal Engineering related qualification preferred
- The ability to liaise effectively with customers, vendors and team members is essential
