PMM Personnel is a specialist mining and resources recruitment company connecting skilled mining professionals with leading operations across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our brand-new Leederville office.

This is an exciting chance for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional talent solutions to some of Australia's leading mining and resources clients.

About the Role

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of mining, construction, engineering and industrial positions nationwide. Working closely with clients, candidates and our internal mobilisation team, you will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while building long-term relationships and growing your desk.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief through to placement
- Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple disciplines
- Advertise vacancies and proactively search for suitable candidates
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce requirements
- Conduct reference checks and candidate verification processes
- Liaise with clients regarding recruitment requirements and workforce planning
- Prepare candidate profiles and shortlist submissions
- Coordinate offer management and placement processes
- Work closely with the mobilisation team to ensure candidates are site-ready




- Maintain accurate records and recruitment activities within JobAdder
- Build and manage ongoing client and candidate relationships
- Identify opportunities for business development and account growth
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team success
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About You

- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within an agency environment highly advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience recruiting for mining, construction, engineering, industrial or blue-collar roles highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proactive attitude
- Experience using JobAdder highly regarded
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Positive team-focused approach
