Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading AI-focused organisation? We're hiring an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team.

? Contract: 12 Months (Fixed-Term)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruitment operations.
- Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements.
- Support the development of candidate experience initiatives and recruitment programs.




- Leverage AI tools such as Claude to enhance recruitment workflows and drive automation.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Interview Scheduling, or Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent written communication and candidate engagement abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
