The Client: An established, family-owned property management business is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its growing team. This is a different style of Property Management role, offering the opportunity to focus on landlord relationships, maintenance and portfolio oversight while dedicated team members handle inspections, leasing and administrative tasks.

What's on Offer?

- Up to $90K + Super, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday office based role
- Junior support staff for out of office

The Role:

- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties within a team-based structure
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- Manage maintenance requests and obtain owner approvals
- Coordinate decisions between landlords,



tenants and contractors
- Monitor arrears and manage complex tenancy matters
- Oversee lease renewals, notices, breaches and insurance claims
- Handle escalated landlord and tenant concerns
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legislative compliance

About You:

- Minimum 2 years' residential Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence
- Sound knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Experience managing maintenance, arrears and tenancy matters
- Solid communication, organisation and follow-through
- Calm, practical and confident making decisions
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
