Renowned Melbourne chef Michael Lambie is recruiting for his Melbourne Asian restaurant JUNI this role will support the smooth operation of the venue by managing reservations and coordinating events of up to 140 guests in a high-volume hospitality workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations and bookings across the venue's reservation systems.
- Coordinate events for groups of up to 140 guests.
- Provide organised and attentive service throughout the booking and event planning process.
- Help with website & marketing updates
- Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Support the productive operation of a high-volume hospitality venue.
What we're looking for
- Experience taking reservations in a hospitality venue with exceptional communication skills
- Experience coordinating events for groups of up to 140 guests & liaison with the Head chef & kitchen
- Proficiency with reservation systems such as NBI and OpenTable with the ability with fill the restaurants & host some busier nights
- Previous experience working in a high-volume hospitality environment a must
- Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills.
