prioritising our customers and creating a better future for our region.The roleThe IT Network & Systems Lead provides senior technical support to maintain and enhance Gippsland Water's information technology systems and infrastructure. The role applies expert technical knowledge to strengthen system performance, security, compliance and innovation, ensuring telecommunications and network infrastructure continue to meet the organisation's operational needs and provide a robust and secure service platform for internal and external stakeholders.What you'll bringDemonstrated IT experience and/or a tertiary qualification in an IT related disciplineStrong experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise networksExperience managing complex ICT projectsDemonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsClear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and work independentlyShortlisted applicants may be required to undertake a National Police Check.
