Reporting to the Head of Sales, your duties will include:

- Attending in home / onsite appointments with customers
- Assessing and consulting to customers on window treatment solutions
- Guiding customers on their buying journey based on desired outcomes, colour schemes and budget
- Presenting an array of solutions including shears, verticals, curtains, drapes, shutters and motorised and non motorised options
- Attending 4 - 5 appointments with prequalified, pre booked leads per day
- Invest time with the customer,



building strong rapport and gaining confidence in your expertise to guide them on the most suitable products to transform their home
- Utilising your knowledge and expertise to overcome objectives
- Utilising your knowledge and expertise to identify problems that may affect the desired outcome and offering an alternative solution
- Complete all sales documentation and submit to the production / manufacturing team
- Meet monthly sales KPI's resulting in generous commissions on top of your salary
- Follow up on leads where the customer has delayed investing in window treatments
