Join a well-established and experienced turf management company to maintain bowling greens and ensure excellent playing conditions throughout the year. This hands-on role is ideal for an enthusiastic and reliable person who takes pride in delivering high-quality bowling greens and has strong time management and organisational skills. Some experience is preferred however a Head Greenkeeper will be there initially to provide on the job training.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain bowling greens to a high standard throughout the year
- Carry out routine maintenance, mowing, rolling and watering of the greens
- Application of associated fertiliser and chemicals when required
- Use and maintain bowling greens machinary
- Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organised
- Responsible for the overall presentation of all bowling green areas.




- Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.

What we're looking for

- Enthusiasm and strong attention to detail for delivering a high standard of bowling greens
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A reliable, responsible and positive approach to work
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience maintaining bowling greens or similar turf surfaces is desirable but not essential
