Due to continued business growth, we are now seeking a full time Administration team member to join our Baringa office, supporting both our residential and commercial pest control clients across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

This is a full time position, working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. During the training period, hours will be 7:30am to 4:00pm, and applicants must be available for these earlier start times.

We strongly encourage applicants with limited experience who are looking to grow and build a long term career to apply. Full training will be provided, and we are committed to developing the right person.

About You

You are organised, reliable and take pride in your work. You have strong attention to detail and are confident managing multiple tasks at once.

Experience with scheduling or coordinating bookings is highly desirable, as this role requires managing technician schedules and ensuring jobs are allocated accurately and efficiently.

You enjoy helping people and are comfortable communicating by phone, email and online.

Previous administration, sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.

Experience using ServSuite is highly regarded but not required.





If you like working in a structured environment, keeping things organised and seeing a plan come together, this role will suit you well.

The Role

- Act as the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers via phone, email and online enquiries
- Schedule and manage pest control services accurately within our CRM system
- Assist with management of commercial client bookings and service schedules
- Handle enquiries efficiently and provide clear, helpful solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and support ongoing service programs
- Prepare quotes and receive full training in our systems and processes
