About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in our flagship South Yarra store. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a retail team in a sophisticated, customer-focused environment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, operations and profitability of the store, ensuring it meets company standards and delivers an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. This role is pivotal to the success of our retail operations and offers significant scope for strategic leadership and personal development.

- Minimum 3 years retail experience in a similar role

- Possess great people and communication skills
- Strong passion for the fashion industry

Tasks & responsibilities

- Providing an exceptional level of service to the Arthur Galan client ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote the brand and the product to your customer base and foster return clientele
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment and stocktakes
- Manage store operations, conduct staff training and lead your team to ensure a high level customer experience
- Maintain the visual standards of the store to represent the high end image of the brand
- Assist with store initiatives and events
