The Role The group is growing, so there’s an opening for an experienced commercial litigator at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.
You will work closely with respected partners on a varied, high-quality caseload that covers:
- Complex commercial disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation
- General commercial and business advisory work
Run your own files, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and be a trusted point of contact for clients.
About You
- 5+ years’ PAE, mainly in commercial litigation
- A solid working knowledge of corporations law
- Able to run matters on your own with minimal oversight
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial outlook
- Transparent, plain-English drafting and advice
- You build lasting client relationships and solve problems practically
- You stay organised and calm with a heavy workload and tight deadlines
- You’re a collaborative team player who works well with people at every level
