Own your conveyancing files with mentoring from a Parramatta law firm

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to take carriage of property matters in our busy property team. You will have real ownership of your files, plus mentoring from our lawyers on more complex matters.

About the Role You will work with our property department and lawyers to deliver smooth, accurate property transactions. Your work will include:

- Carriage of conveyancing matters, both purchases and sales

- Some leasing matters
- Sale and purchase of business matters




- Assisting lawyers with more complex property matters and other legal matters
- Assisting Lawyers in other departments (Estates, Litigation and Family Law)
- Using Smokeball (or LEAP) and PEXA to manage matters and settlements

About You You are an experienced, organised conveyancing professional who enjoys working in a team and taking ownership of your matters.

You will bring

- At least 5 years' experience in property law matters
- Proficiency in PEXA and AML requirements
- A team-player approach and the ability to assist lawyers with more complex matters

Preferred:

- Proficiency in Smokeball software (or LEAP or similar)
- Personal assistant, secretarial or paralegal experience
