We’re currently hiring for multiple routes, with coverage areas including Browns Plains through to Springwood. Our branch is located in Salisbury, and you’ll only need to attend every other day for restocking supplies, waste disposal, and face-to-face check-ins with the Service team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Transport Manager, you’ll be the go‑to connector between our customers, Service Technicians, Branch Operations and Customer Care. When something urgent pops up, you’re the one who makes it happen, and makes sure it’s done right the first time.

A day in the life

- Jump on urgent, ad hoc and off‑cycle service requests, plan and prioritise them, and see them through to completion.




- Keep Service Supervisors and Technicians in the loop so urgent jobs get the priority they deserve.
- Be the fast, friendly voice that customers, Sales and Customer Care can count on for service enquiries.
- Turn data into insight with service reports, proof of service and DIFOT reporting.
- Win customers back: when someone wants to reduce or cancel a service, find a solution that keeps them with us.
- Spot opportunities to grow by recommending Fresh & Clean products and services that genuinely fit customer needs.
- Keep our systems sharp and accurate, including Abel, Route Book and Mitti.
- Lend a hand with branch projects, reporting and sustainability initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, customer service or administration role.
- A can‑do, customer‑first attitude and a knack for finding win/win solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: warm on the phone and clear in writing.
- The ability to stay calm and juggle competing priorities without missing a detail.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfort working independently as well as part of a team.
