HVAC Site Manager | Tier I Contractor | Sydney
$130k-$150k + Super + Vehicle Allowance

Our client, a well-established Tier I HVAC contractor, is seeking experienced Site Managers to support their growing pipeline of major commercial projects across Sydney.

The Role
You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of HVAC works on complex, high-value projects ($10 million+). Current opportunities span healthcare (hospital) and data centre projects, with sites located both close to the CBD and in the Western Suburbs.

You will work closely with Tier I builder clients, leading site teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring programme, quality and safety outcomes are consistently met.

What our client is looking for





- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor on major commercial HVAC or mechanical projects valued at $10m+
- Proven ability to work effectively with Tier I builder clients
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills on live construction sites
- Experience on hospital or data centre projects will be highly regarded
