- Oversee daily facilities management activities to maintain safe, functional and presentable premises.

- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring issues are recorded, prioritised and resolved.

- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to support timely delivery of agreed works.

- Review site conditions and maintenance requirements to identify practical actions for building upkeep.

- Maintain facilities records, work orders and service documentation to provide clear operational visibility.

- Monitor maintenance activity and follow up outstanding works to help keep facilities operating effectively.





- Coordinate access and site requirements for contractors completing maintenance and repair activities.

- Provide clear updates on facilities matters, maintenance progress and operational priorities.

The Successful Applicant A successful 'Senior Facilities Manager' should have:

- Solid facilities management capability across day-to-day building operations and maintenance.

- Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities.

- Ability to manage contractors and service providers through scheduled and urgent work.

- Sound judgement when prioritising maintenance requirements and site issues.
