The Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a growing team, managing a diverse portfolio of large, high-end buildings and complex layered schemes. Solid BMS knowledge, excellent client relationship skills and experience managing premium properties are essential.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with Owners and Body Corporate Committees.
- Coordinating quotations, repairs, maintenance and building works.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and relevant documentation.
- Preparing annual budgets and presenting these at AGMs.
- Convening, chairing and conducting Body Corporate meetings.
- Overseeing complex and layered schemes,



ensuring effective management and compliance.
- Providing exceptional service and proactive communication to clients.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- A minimum of 3 years' Body Corporate Management experience.
- Experience managing a variety of schemes, including complex and layered developments.
- Strong BMS knowledge and understanding of building management.
- Maturity, excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Experience managing high-end clientele and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous team management or leadership experience.
