Senior Supply Planner

In this position, you will be the senior planning lead for Victoria, owning the supply plan for Everest Ice Cream and our bakery production.

The Role

You will lead the supply planning function across two very different manufacturing environments: seasonal ice cream production and short-shelf-life bakery. Working as part of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team, you'll own the supply side of site S&OP;, contribute to Group IBP and help establish consistent planning standards across the business.

Key responsibilities include

· Build a rolling 13-week supply plan and weekly production schedule

· Plan the ice cream summer build around dairy intake, capacity and cold store space

· Sequence bakery runs around allergen segregation, changeovers and line capacity





· Run MRP for ingredients and packaging, and manage purchase orders with suppliers

· Plan stock into our NSW, QLD, WA and Victorian warehouses

· Lead the supply review for site S&OP; and monthly Group IBP

· Own planning data in D365 and coach site planners and schedulers

About You

· 5+ years in supply, production or material planning in FMCG food manufacturing, including 2+ years in a senior role · Planning experience in frozen or dairy (ideally ice cream), bakery, or both

· ERP planning experience (MRP/DRP), with D365 strongly preferred; SAP or similar considered

· A robust grasp of shelf life, seasonality, allergen control and QA release

· Advanced Excel and the confidence to influence production, sales and suppliers

· A calm, accurate approach under daily pressure

· S&OP; or IBP experience, Power BI skills, or a CPIM or supply chain qualification would be a bonus.
