Join a growing renewable energy team installing solar power and battery storage systems for residential and commercial customers. You will play an important role in delivering protected, high-quality installations and supporting the transition to cleaner energy.
Key responsibilities
- Install solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems and associated electrical components.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and installation specifications.
- Complete roof, electrical and battery installations safely and efficiently.
- Test, commission and troubleshoot solar and battery systems.
- Follow relevant electrical standards, safety procedures and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain accurate installation records and provide clear updates to customers and the wider team.
- Keep tools,
equipment and work areas organised and safe.
What we're looking for
- Experience installing solar and battery systems.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and licences required to perform the work in Australia.
- Practical knowledge of solar PV systems, battery storage and associated electrical equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing installation tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel to customer sites.
