About Us

Adapt and Learn is a privately owned paediatric therapy service, founded by parents of neurodivergent children. We are a passionate, multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.

We provide a range of therapy services across both clinic and community settings, working closely with children and their families to support their individual needs, strengths and developmental goals.

As parents ourselves, we understand first hand the difference that compassionate, dedicated and knowledgeable therapists can make in a child's growth and development. Our own lived experiences have shaped the way we approach therapy and strengthened our belief that parents are the experts in their own children. We value building genuine relationships with families and believe the best outcomes come from working together through open communication, collaboration and a supportive, nurturing setting.

At Adapt and Learn, we believe our role extends far beyond simply providing therapy. It's about building connections, empowering families, celebrating progress and creating meaningful, lasting differences in the lives of the children and families we support.

Adapt and Learn is seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team in a hybrid role, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. You will work with a diverse caseload of private and NDIS clients aged up to 16 years,

delivering therapy across a combination of clinic-based and community settings.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as in-house mentoring and ongoing supervision are available from our experienced Senior Team Leads to support your career development and growth.
