We’re seeking dedicated CSSD Technicians to join our energetic team and support the safe and efficient reprocessing of surgical instruments and medical devices. Sterequip state-of-the-art Reprocessing Super Centre is Australia's first complete solution for outsourced reprocessing, located in Epping VIC.

As a CSSD Technician, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, sterilising, assembling, and packaging reusable medical devices in accordance with strict industry standards and internal protocols. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team in a modern, well-equipped environment where quality, precision, and reliability are paramount.

What you’ll bring:

- Positive team-player attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Ability and willingness for shift work (24/7).
- The rotating roster requires night shifts and some weekend work.

- Creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation Technology (required or currently underway).




- Knowledge and experience in the application of Australian Standards AS 5369 and the relevance to Sterilising Services.

- Up-to-date expertise in Sterilising Technology.
- Proven ability to foster cooperation and teamwork.
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems.
