Role Opportunity An opportunity for an experienced Study Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major power and infrastructure studies within a large-scale mining operation.

The role will lead Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, ensuring technical, commercial, risk and assurance requirements are addressed to support key investment decisions.

The successful candidate will bring a strong power and infrastructure delivery background, with demonstrated experience leading the development and execution of major electrical, utilities and non-process infrastructure projects within mining or heavy industrial environments.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Degree qualified Electrical Engineer preferred
- Proven mining industry Study Manager / study leadership experience
- Experience leading PFS and Feasibility Studies
- Robust background in power and electrical infrastructure delivery
- Experience across utilities and non-process infrastructure
- Mineral processing project experiences
- Demonstrated experience taking projects from study through design and execution
- Strong multidisciplinary stakeholder and consultant management capability
- Study planning, estimating, scheduling and risk management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of capital project development




- Executive-level communication and presentation capability
- Owner-side mining experience highly regarded

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead power and infrastructure feasibility and project studies
- Develop study execution plans, schedules and budgets
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and stakeholder inputs
- Coordinate electrical, utilities and infrastructure scopes
- Manage engineering consultants and specialist vendors
- Lead study risks, opportunities and assurance activities
- Develop project execution strategies and implementation plans
- Prepare investment review and decision-making materials
- Support projects through study approval and transition into execution
