We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide quality care to clients across Logan and surrounding suburbs in South Brisbane.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with their daily living needs, promote independence and provide meaningful support within their homes and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Supporting clients with community access, appointments and social outings.
- Assisting with domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
- Following individualised care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Building positive and qualified relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:





- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or a related qualification.
- Previous experience in disability, aged care or community support is highly regarded.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
