As General Manager, Enterprise, you will:

- Lead the growth of our Enterprise customer portfolio nationally
- Strengthen relationships with Australia's largest private and ASX-listed organisations
- Develop strategic client engagement plans that create long term talent partnerships
- Expand our visibility and reputation across the Technology and Projects market




- Build leadership capability within our teams across Australia
- Influence the next phase of growth for one of Australia's most respected talent brands

This is a leadership role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and execute a national Enterprise growth strategy
- Build executive level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Transformation Leaders, Program Directors, COOs and HR Executives
- Leverage and create strategic client mapping plans to identify and unlock new market opportunities
- Establish and grow multi hire and project-based recruitment partnerships
- Position UpperGround as a trusted advisor in Technology, Projects and Transformation talent solutions
- Lead and coach a high performing team of recruitment professionals
- Drive national collaboration across markets and practices
- Identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities
- Work with our Talent Community to maintain and build strong talent pipelines aligned to future client demand
- Deliver exceptional commercial performance while maintaining a people first culture

Who You Are

You'll be successful in this role if you are:

- An experienced recruitment professional with a background in Technology, Projects, Qualified Services or related sectors
- Passionate about building and growing client relationships at a strategic level
- Commercially astute and energised by identifying new opportunities
- Experienced in leading, mentoring or motivating recruitment teams
- A confident and credible stakeholder who can engage executives and decision makers
- Skilled at developing strategic account plans and market growth initiatives
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into increasingly senior leadership roles
- Someone who enjoys helping others succeed and building strong team cultures
