About the Role

Coast2Bay’s Tenancy Property Managers are part of our Operations Team managing a portfolio of tenancies. The position delivers tenancy, property and community engagement activities, including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to sustain tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting individuals and families to address their housing needs.
- Managing housing allocations and intake processes.
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance.




- Resolving disputes and managing complaints.
- Engaging tenants and facilitating connections with their community.
- Liaising with support agencies, government and non-government agencies on tenancy matters.
- Accurate and timely data entry and record keeping.

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Data entry and record keeping experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in property management or a similar field is desirable.
