We are currently seeking Traffic Controllers to join our growing team and support the safe delivery of multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing traffic flow and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public in construction zones. This role requires a basic understanding of traffic management principles and qualifications as a Traffic Controller.

Previous experience in traffic management or the construction industry is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

- Current and valid Driver's Licence
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- Current Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Controller ticket (BWTM + TC)
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to build trust through integrity, honesty, and openness
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain traffic management plans in accordance with regulations and project requirements.
- Direct traffic safely and efficiently around construction zones using hand signals, signs, and other designated equipment.
- Coordinate with construction personnel, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure traffic control measures are effectively implemented.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as necessary to optimize traffic flow and minimize disruptions.
- Communicate with drivers, pedestrians,



and other road users to provide instructions and ensure compliance with traffic control measures.
- Inspect traffic control equipment and signage regularly to ensure they are in good working condition and meet regulatory standards.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or hazards related to traffic control to the appropriate management or safety officer.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in training to stay updated on traffic management practices and regulations.
