ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Officer to join our growing Service Team.

The role focuses on providing customer service and first-level technical support for CHiQ home appliances and electronic products. You will handle customer enquiries, assist with basic troubleshooting, coordinate service requests and follow up on cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming customer calls, emails and service enquiries.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for appliances and TVs.




- Register warranty claims and arrange service appointments.
- Follow up on service cases and customer enquiries.
- Liaise with customers, retailers and service agents to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and case updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organised and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP, CRM or home appliances is an advantage.
- Full product and technical training will be provided.
