Join a Council team on a 3-month contract and lead strategic asset management initiatives that support long-term infrastructure planning and investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and improve Asset Management Plans and strategies.
- Provide advice on asset lifecycle planning, performance, and risk.
- Ensure asset data integrity and effective asset management systems.
- Develop reports, business cases, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Manage projects, budgets, and service improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support the Asset Strategy team.

About You

- Experience in Asset Management, Infrastructure, Facilities, Buildings, or Civic Assets.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and capital planning.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and project management capability.
- Local Government experience is highly regarded.
