In this role, you'll report directly to the Vic Sales Manager and be instrumental in converting incoming enquiries—whether online, by phone, or in person—into successful sales. You'll need to quickly understand customer needs and provide expert advice on our products and services to suit their individual needs. Key responsibilities include prompt follow-up, accurate reporting, and rapid responses.

Previous experience in sales and/or retail customer service, together with experience using CRM systems and workflows, will be highly regarded. However, we are also interested in applicants who have the right attitude and potential to develop in the role.

Traineeship opportunity: For the right candidate, this position may be offered as a traineeship, combining practical,



on-the-job experience with formal learning and development. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to begin or build a career in sales and customer service.
