What you'll be doing

- Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in a timely and hospitable manner

- Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings

- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serving food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring plates are delivered to the correct guests and hot items remain hot

- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Processing payments and managing till transactions accurately and securely

- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between seatings, maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- Collaborating with kitchen, bar and other team members to ensure smooth service flow

- Adhering to health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times

- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour that reflects Ghanem Group's standards

What we're looking for





- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role, ideally in a restaurant or fine dining establishment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Reliability and punctuality

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it

- Food handling certificate or equivalent food safety qualification is advantageous
