Mackay Fluid Power | Paget QLD | Full time | $68,000 to $78,000 + super

Mackay Fluid Power repairs, supplies and services hydraulic equipment for mining and industrial customers in the Mackay region. We need a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to run receiving, stock and despatch at our Paget site. You’ll report to the Operations Manager.

You’ll make sure parts and equipment arrive, get booked in and go out on time. Our workshop, field service and sales teams rely on that every day.

What you’ll do

- Receipt incoming goods against purchase orders in AroFlo on the day they arrive
- Put stock away to bin locations and keep the warehouse tidy and safe
- Pick, pack and despatch customer orders on the promised date
- Prepare delivery dockets, book freight and record the carrier and consignment note for every despatch
- Book in customer equipment arriving for repair and tag it to the AroFlo job
- Report short or damaged deliveries to Purchasing so they can follow up with the supplier




- Run cycle counts and help with the annual stocktake

What you’ll bring

- Warehouse, stores or logistics experience, ideally with industrial, mining or hydraulic parts
- Current forklift licence (LF)
- Experience with a stock or job management system (AroFlo is a bonus)
- Care with part numbers, quantities and paperwork
- A protected, organised way of working and the ability to manage your own priorities
- Current driver’s licence

What we offer

- $68,000 to $78,000 plus super, depending on experience
- Salary review after 6 months
- Monday to Friday, day shift
- Training in AroFlo and our systems
- A stable role in an experienced hydraulics team
