We are a premium Australian fashion brand seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Warriewood warehouse.

Key Responsibilities include;

· Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.

· Oversee online, retail replenishment, wholesale and David Jones orders.

· Lead, support and develop a small warehouse team.

· Plan daily workloads, staff rosters and resources.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements using Apparel21 (AP21).

· Coordinate stocktakes, returns and inventory adjustments.

· Manage warehouse space, stock organisation and storage capacity.

· Work with freight providers and suppliers to deliver reliable, cost-effective services.

· Plan for seasonal launches, promotions and peak trading periods.

· Improve warehouse processes, productivity and accuracy.

· Maintain a safe, clean and organised working setting.

The successful applicant will possess:





- minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience with stock control processes & procedures
- a can do attitude & willingness to be hands on when required
- accuracy, efficiency & attention to detail
- organizational, planning & management skills
- strong communication & leadership skills
- ability to prioritise & manage busy workloads
- knowledge of Apparel21 preferable, but not necessary
- experience in the Apparel industry preferable
- forklift license preferable, but not necessary
- knowledge of Work, Health & Safety best practices
