Austrack Campers and Caravan Group is a rapidly growing company specialising in the design, manufacture and retail of off-road campers, on-road caravans, mowers, boats, ATVs, UTVs and quad bikes.
We’re looking for a customer-focused Warranty Technician to join our team. You’ll support customers and our service department with warranty enquiries, bookings and administration, helping ensure each customer receives a positive experience.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering incoming calls and helping customers troubleshoot issues
- Assisting with warranty claims and related administration
- Managing email enquiries and service bookings
- Supporting our national showrooms with service and warranty questions
- Liaising with third-party repairers about warranty work
- Assisting the service department with warranty, parts and service matters
- Following up with customers after service to check their experience
About you
You’ll be organised,
resilient and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and de-escalate concerns.
You’ll also have
- Previous Technical and Warranty experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to think on your feet and work efficiently under pressure
- Confidence using CRM systems;
experience with Zoho Desk is an advantage
- Experience in the caravan, small engine, 12-volt or electrical industries is an advantage
