This employer is seeking a Senior Web Designer to join a remote team focused on scaling web experiences and driving conversion. The company builds a digital platform that helps organisations manage risk and security posture.

The Role

- Design, test, and ship a steady stream of landing pages, page variants, UI modules, and conversion elements to improve web performance
- Collaborate with growth marketing and development teams to pitch test ideas, write hypotheses, and review experiment outcomes
- Create interactive, high-craft web experiences such as product demos, scroll-driven stories, calculators, and launch pages
- Shape and expand an established design system by turning winning patterns into reusable components
- Prototype rapidly using design and AI tools to validate concepts before development handover

What You'll Need

- 5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing pages, supported by a portfolio demonstrating craft, tested improvements, and interactive work




- Demonstrated track record of working alongside growth or performance marketing teams to design and evaluate conversion experiments
- Deep expertise designing within an existing design system using Figma, alongside strong UI and interaction fundamentals
- Proactive, autonomous approach with the ability to manage multiple tests and communicate clearly with stakeholders
