Workday Time Tracking Consultant/ Lead

Remote - Australia

Profusion Group is partnering with a leading global Workday services provider to find an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant. You’ll join a people-first, collaborative team that delivers enterprise-scale Workday solutions to customers around the world.

The role

You’ll work with a team to implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base, typically leading a project workstream. It’s a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll build strong customer relationships and shape solutions that are fit for purpose, aligned to what the client needs and commercially viable. It suits an experienced consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in great client support.

What you’ll bring

- Deep understanding of Workday Time Tracking, with Workday Time Tracking certification
- Excellent communication skills, with credibility and impact with both customers and colleagues
- Solid consulting skills, including leading large workshops with multiple stakeholders and engaging confidently with senior executives
- Strong commercial awareness, including project and business dynamics and the importance of utilisation targets in a services organisation




- Broad business and technology experience, with an awareness of industry trends and how they may affect the product
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure, balancing customer demands with commercial realities
- Flexibility to rotate across Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with minimal travel outside it if required
