genU is looking for an organised and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to support people accessing our disability and aged care services in Perth. You’ll guide clients from enquiry through onboarding and service coordination, providing transparent information about support options.
You’ll coordinate intake and onboarding, prepare quotes, help clients understand NDIS funding, maintain client data, and work with delivery, scheduling and finance teams to keep services running smoothly.
