Experienced Civil Labourers | Stormwater & Underground Services | Mount Barker
Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing opportunities across civil construction projects in Mount Barker and the surrounding Adelaide Hills.
We're looking for switched-on, hardworking civil labourers who know their way around a construction site and have hands-on experience across stormwater, underground services and general civil construction.
About the Role
Duties will include:
- Stormwater pipe and drainage installation.
- CST installation and associated civil works.
- Trenching, excavation and pipe laying.
- Pipe bedding, backfilling and compaction.
- Installation of pits, pipes and drainage infrastructure.
- Assisting plant operators and pipelayers.
- General civil labouring and site preparation.
- Reading and working from site plans and following site instructions.
- Maintaining a safe and organised work setting.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Civil Labourer on civil construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with stormwater installation and underground services.
- Experience with CST and associated civil works.
- Understanding of trenching,
pipe laying and drainage processes.
- Ability to work effectively alongside operators, pipelayers and supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
Essential Requirements
- Current White Card.
- Previous civil construction experience.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Relevant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded.
