We are seeking an experienced and engaging Training Facilitator to join a NSW Government organisation for a short term assignment supporting a major online assessment program.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, interactive online training sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
- Provide clear guidance, practical advice and ongoing support to training participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams and education stakeholders to ensure training objectives are achieved.
- Distribute training materials and resources to support effective learning outcomes.
- Gather participant feedback, evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to participant enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide regular updates on training progress, outcomes and any emerging challenges.





About You:

- Proven experience delivering online training or virtual workshops using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering training relating to online assessments, digital systems or technology based processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally working with educators, school staff or other skilled audiences.
- Confidence navigating digital learning platforms and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Previous experience within the education or government sector will be highly regarded.

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required
