About the role

QLD's 2nd oldest club is looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. This will be a casual role working a minimum of 35 hours per week with consistent shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food to high standards in a busy commercial kitchen

- Work efficiently under pressure as part of a team

- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness

- Produce quality food consistently

About you

- Previous commercial kitchen experience essential

- Qualified Chef preferred

- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Reliable, punctual and well organised

- Passionate about producing quality food

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Able to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
