We are seeking a warm, deeply empathetic Registered Psychologist to join our practice on a contract basis. This opportunity is designed to adapt entirely to your professional goals, clinical interests, and personal commitments, allowing you to reclaim the joy of clinical practice.

Whether you are looking for 1 day a week to supplement your current work, a full 5-day week, or anything in between, this arrangement is built around you.

What’s on Offer

- Highly Competitive Remuneration: $126 – $150 per hour (60% split of billings).

- Contract Longevity Incentive: Commission split increases by 1% for each year of continuous partnership (up to a 65% cap).

- Cancellation Protection: Receive your 60% split of collected late cancellation fees.

- Complete Schedule Control: 1 to 5 days per week, completely customised to your lifestyle.

- No Billing Targets or Client KPIs: You decide how many clients you see each day to ensure mindful, high-quality care.

- True Clinical Autonomy: Set your own hours, determine your clinical boundaries, and take leave when you need it.

- Full Administrative Support: We manage intake screening, scheduling, billing,



Medicare processing, and fee follow-up.

- Tailored Caseloads: Focus on children, adolescents, adults, or across the lifespan based on your clinical interests.

Support for Recently Registered Psychologists

While this role offers high autonomy, you do not have to walk alone. To support your transition into independent practice, you will have access to:

- Regular supervision and mentoring with our Principal Psychologist.

About You

- General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.

- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

- Active Australian Business Number (ABN) or willingness to obtain one.

- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

- Naturally balances clinical competence with deep warmth and empathy.

- An advocate for self-care who values a sustainable work-life balance.
