About the Role

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Compliance Supervisors to join our shutdown team. This critical role will ensure all shutdown activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Working closely with site leadership and execution teams, you will be responsible for monitoring workforce compliance, promoting safe work practices, and supporting the successful delivery of shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the shutdown execution workforce to ensure compliance with site safety requirements and documentation standards.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices across all work fronts.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with mine site standards, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure all permits are available, fit for purpose, and maintained throughout the duration of the task.
- Monitor permit compliance and completion requirements.
- Assist in identifying and tracking workplace hazards while supporting the implementation of effective control measures.
- Promote a strong safety culture and proactively address compliance concerns.




- Work collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and site personnel to achieve shutdown objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Compliance Supervisor, Shutdown Supervisor, or similar shutdown/mining role.
- Strong understanding of mine site safety systems, standards, and procedures.
- Experience conducting workplace audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
