Join our client’s school community as an ICT Project Coordinator in a 12-month, full-time maternity leave contract. This hybrid role combines ICT project delivery support with hands-on application and education technology support for staff, students and parents.

You’ll help coordinate projects from planning through implementation and service transition, while providing responsive support for the systems people rely on every day. Working with the ICT Project Manager, ICT colleagues, teaching and administrative staff, and external providers, you’ll help ensure changes are well tested, clearly communicated and adopted effectively.

- Operational Readiness and Service Transition
- Application Support and Service Desk Escalation Support

You will bring to this role:

- Experience with learning management systems (LMS),



school administration platforms or experience in the educational sector.
- Demonstrated experience in ICT coordination, project support, application support or a similar hybrid role
- Solid understanding of IT systems, support environments and service delivery processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software, educational technology and user access issues
- Experience supporting ICT projects including coordination, tracking, reporting, testing and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, phone, email and staff-facing documentation
