About the role

Support the smooth, efficient day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring simulator bays are functioning effectively and members and guests receive exceptional service. This role oversees venue presentation, operational standards, customer enquiries and compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

The roster includes evenings and weekends, balancing a mix of day and evening shifts and must be able to work on Tuesday and Sunday. This role can be Part-Time or Casual.

Key responsibilities

- Open and close the facility as required

- Work independently when required to maintain consistent facility operations

- Manage the efficient day-to-day running of facility operations

- Ensure all simulator bays are operating effectively and troubleshoot issues where required

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests

- Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints professionally

- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness

- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

- Maintain workplace health and safety standards and respond to incidents when required

What we're looking for

- Experience in facility, venue, hospitality, leisure or customer service operations

- Strong communication and customer service skills





- Ability to work independently and confidently manage operational responsibilities

- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

- Strong attention to detail, presentation and cleanliness

- Understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities

- Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends where required

Essential Requirements

- Holding a valid RSA and managing compliance with RSA and all relevant legislative requirements (or willingness to obtain one)

- Current Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Ability to work Tuesday and Sunday

- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

- Passionate about sports, particularly golf
