SITE BOILERMAKER / RIGGER – STRUCTURAL STEEL & SHED BUILDER $62–67/hr + super + $5,000 bonus | Perth & regional WA

AD Construction & Maintenance is a small, tight crew building commercial and industrial sheds, structural steel and technical lifts across Perth and regional WA. We've got a strong pipeline of work coming up, we've always been busy, and we're after one more valuable operator.

PAY

- $62+/hr for confident boilermakers / site welders

- Up to $67/hr with rigging tickets and proven site experience

- Plus super

- $5,000 bonus after 6 months

- Rate reviewed after 3 months based on performance

WHAT WE NEED

- Confident boilermaker or experienced site welder, confident welding on site (structural, cleats, modifications)

- Rigging experience a big plus – Basic or Intermediate rigging ticket highly regarded

- Roofing/cladding experience handy and highly regarded, but we'll teach it to the right person

- White Card, Working at Heights and EWP (or willing to get them)

- Reliable, self-driven,

WHAT YOU GET

- Ongoing casual with guaranteed work – minimum 38 hours a week, up to 70 if you want it
