Koffee Shack is looking to fill the position of experienced head chef with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our well established cafe in the heart of Burleigh Heads.

This is a full time position with availability on both weekend days a must. Salary range from $80,000 to $90,000 annually and will be offered based on experience.

Responsibilities of the head chef position include but not limited to

- Producing top quality food and presentation with consistency
- Managing stock levels and ordering. Must to be able to communicate effectively with fellow chef colleague to co-ordinate the ordering from our multiple suppliers
- Have creative ideas and be able to implement and improve the menu on a consistent basis
- Must be motivated and proactive especially in having a clean kitchen
- Be able to work individually or as part of a small team
- Last but not least, we require our staff to have a personality. Especially as a lot of time is spent together at work, the candidate must be able to have a yarn with customers and colleagues
