Lead the design and build of a high-performing data engineering platform Build ingestion and transformation pipelines and the patterns behind reusable data products Work with the Head of Data Engineering to deliver the data engineering strategy Mentor and inspire engineers, and drive best practices and better ways of working Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, DevOps and business stakeholders Keep data products secure, reliable and well governed What you’ll bring

7+ years of hands‑on data engineering Advanced SQL and Python ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, data lakes and warehouses, CDC, orchestration and PII protection Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) A problem-solving mindset, especially when the problem is ambiguous Positive to have:

dbt Snowflake or Databricks Airflow Fivetran or Airbyte CI/CD Terraform MLOps
