Lead Chandler's Largest Strategic Program ChandlerCX is seeking an experienced

Enterprise Program Lead

to take ownership of one of the company's most significant and strategically important enterprise programs.

This is a newly created leadership role focused on delivering a large-scale, multi-workstream program that is critical to Chandler's growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery & Development (and Chandler's Leadership Team), you will be responsible for driving delivery outcomes, commercial performance, governance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership across the program lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of an enterprise-scale program and be responsible for:

Leading the successful delivery of strategic programs within scope, budget and timelines.

Managing governance, reporting, risk and stakeholder engagement activities.

Leading and mentoring delivery teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Driving commercial outcomes through forecasting, budgeting and financial oversight.

Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.

Coordinating resources across multiple workstreams.





Maintaining visibility over development, testing and deployment activities.

Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring Essential

Experience leading large-scale programs, transformations or enterprise projects.

Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Experience managing delivery teams and multiple workstreams.

Commercial experience including budgets, forecasting and financial oversight.

Strong governance, reporting and risk management capability.

Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Experience using Microsoft Project or similar delivery planning tools.

Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Desirable

Experience delivering enterprise technology or customer communications programs.

Exposure to financial services, superannuation or insurance sectors.

Experience working with offshore or geographically distributed teams.

Experience operating in skilled services or client-facing delivery environments.
