As Interim General Counsel, you’ll lead and mentor the legal team, act as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team, and play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the business. This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business and delivering pragmatic, solutions-focused advice. Key Responsibilities

Leading, managing and mentoring the in-house legal team, including allocating work and supporting the team’s development. Acting as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team and Board on a broad range of legal, commercial and strategic matters. Building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business. Providing commercially focused advice on key transactions, projects and major contracts. Overseeing risk, compliance and governance frameworks, and managing external legal providers. Supporting the business through strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the legal function. About You





An experienced General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel or senior in-house lawyer, with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. A commercially minded lawyer who understands the business and can balance legal risk with commercial outcomes. Proven experience leading and developing a legal team. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage at executive and Board level. Why Join
