About the Employer: ARB Corporation Ltd is Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories. Due to ongoing growth in our operations, we are seekingan experienced Spray Painterto join our team in a full time capacity.

Position Summary: You will be responsible for the spray painting of automotive components such as bull bars, side rails, canopy shells, and ute lids. Successful candidates will work with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using modern spray booths and equipment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces and spray paint automotive parts

Mix and apply paint in line with specifications

Conduct minor defect correction and finishing

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Follow production schedules and supervisor directions

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Formal spray-painting qualification (e.g.,



Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology) is preferred but not essential

At least3 years of relevant, full-time work experienceas a spray painter

Experience in preparing and spray painting automotive or industrial parts

Familiarity with colour matching and finishing

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work to deadlines and within a team

Good time management and communication skills

Dayshift 7:00am to 3:06pm, Monday to Friday
